BRAIN DEAD STUDIOS
Brain Dead Studios is a newly re-envisioned cinema space located in the vibrant Fairfax district of Mid-City LA. First opened in 1942 as “Old Time Movies,” the historic theatre building continues this legacy in winter 2019. Drawing upon the original mid-century Los Angeles architecture, the building’s renovation adopts a contemporary flair through its décor and neon marque. Brain Dead Studios also houses a curated upstairs bookstore and garden patio cafe.
